Choose camera, microphone and speech access
In iOS Settings, open CueStitch to change Camera, Microphone and Speech Recognition access. The camera is used for scanning pages and the self-tape preview. The microphone is used for a line recording, a self-tape or automatic cueing. Speech recognition is used for automatic cueing and is required to stay on the device. Turning a permission off stops the features that depend on it. Manual rehearsal does not need them.
Control what is recorded
Start a line recording, self-tape or automatic cueing only when you want that feature. Automatic cueing does not save its listening session as a continuous recording and does not send it to a cloud recognizer. A line recording or video is stored on the device because you chose to record it. A countdown does not listen for the end of your line.
Before sharing a video or backup, review what it contains. Saving to Photos or exporting creates a separate copy that CueStitch no longer controls.
Review or delete local projects
Open a project to review the script, notes, role setups and recordings. Export a backup or another file when you want a copy outside the app. These exports are the files you chose to create, not a silent upload.
Delete projects in the app. Recently Deleted can restore a project until you remove it permanently. Storage Management clears generated voice audio and leaves your scripts, own recordings, videos and backups in place. To remove all app-local data, use iOS Delete App. Offload App keeps documents and data.
iCloud sync and other copies
Personal iCloud sync cannot be enabled in this version. The settings screen says that no iCloud container is configured, and no project is uploaded. There is no CueStitch library in iCloud to delete for this version.
Manage videos in Photos, exported files in Files or the provider you selected, and shared copies with their recipients. Device backups are managed in iOS or the backup service you use. Deleting the app does not delete those copies.
Purchase and support information
There is no CueStitch account to delete. Deleting the app does not erase Apple or RevenueCat purchase records or request a refund. Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring CueStitch subscription to cancel. Restore a purchase from Settings → Restore purchases with the original Apple Account.
To ask for access, correction or deletion of support information we hold, email hi@kaielian.com. The feedback draft includes a RevenueCat app user ID so a purchase question can be matched to a purchase record. You may delete that ID, and you may omit other diagnostics, before sending. Apple and RevenueCat manage purchase records under their own policies.
Feedback, advertising and analytics
Feedback is sent only when you choose to send the email. Review or remove the diagnostic details first. The draft does not attach your script, recordings or videos. No general usage analytics or advertising tracking switch is needed: the app has no such SDK. RevenueCat still processes purchase-related activity as described in the privacy policy.
