Analytics & diagnostics
Pantrio uses anonymous analytics and/or crash reports to improve the app.
To turn them off, open Pantrio, go to its Settings and switch off anonymous analytics. The change takes effect immediately.
Tracking & personalized ads
Pantrio does not track you and does not show ads, so there is nothing to turn off.
Permissions
You can review or change the App’s access to your camera, photos, notifications and other features in Settings › Apps › Pantrio (or Settings › Pantrio on older iOS versions).
Access or export your data
Your content lives on your device, so you always have access to it in the App. If the App offers an export option, you can find it in the App’s settings.
To get a copy of any personal information we hold about you (for example, support emails), email hi@kaielian.com.
Delete your data
- Data on this device: delete the App (touch and hold its icon, then tap Remove App › Delete App).
- Data in iCloud: open Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage (called Manage Account Storage on newer iOS versions), choose Pantrio, then tap Delete Data.
- Analytics & diagnostics: this data is anonymous or pseudonymous. If you would like us to request deletion from our providers, email us.
- Support emails: ask us and we will delete our correspondence with you.
Make a request
For any privacy request — access, correction, deletion or opting out — email hi@kaielian.com from the address you use with us. We may need to verify your request and will respond within 30 days (or sooner where the law requires). We will never ask for your password.
